All applicable parties including contractees are required to read and agree to the following conditions.  A condition of placing any order is bound by the set forth terms. You agree to the following Terms and Conditions of DBI Graphics and Consulting when you agree to work with us. Once payment is received these Terms and Conditions are legally binding. Any work done by DBI Graphics and Consulting, its partners and contractors are hereby legally protected by these terms and conditions. DBI Graphics and Consulting will not be bound by any conditions imposed by the customer or contractor (hereafter referred to as the “buyer” , “customer”, "contractor" or "client" ), unless agreed in writing and signed by all company owners & partners. DBI Graphics and Consulting reserves the right to use all designs produced by us for marketing, commercial and promotional use. 


Payment is expected prior to services rendered not after. No exceptions will be made. All services are non refundable. Please be advised that DBI Graphics and Consulting does not produce mock designs for viewing. Once you agree to work with us, time is already considered spent on your design.  Should the client decide that the work is not acceptable, we are more than willing to meet the needs of the client at no additional cost. Specifications for designs are found on the FAQ page and are bound by these terms and conditions. DBI Graphics and Consulting reserves the full right to refuse service to anyone. 


Payment can be made by the online payment provider using a debit or credit card. Payments are also accepted via cash app ($DBIGraphics) or through Facebook by contacting DBI Graphics and Consulting. You may also submit payment through Zelle using the phone number listed on the website or pay for your service through the website.  DBI Graphics and Consulting only accepts checks on a discretionary bases and reserves the right refuse a check at any time. For the safety and security of our staff and due to CO-VID 19, we do not meet clients in person nor do we fraternize with clients.  Business relationships are kept strictly professional. 


Turnaround times vary from 1-30 business days depending on the work load and amount of work desired.  The time frame of when your order will be completed will be made known to you upon agreeing to work with us. If you have a rush order (requesting a same day design with in hours) we will do our best to accommodate you and a $10 rush fee will be added to your order. Keep in mind that we will have to stop working on someone else's project that is paid for to accommodate your request, therefore the rush fee is applied because their work will be delayed and extra time has to be spent to meet all requests. When requesting website designs, CONTENT NEEDS TO PROVIDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PLACING ORDER; unless it was discussed when ordering that your project is needed for a later date. Otherwise, If the content is not provided within 30 days, your project will be cancelled. No refunds are given because time is booked to work on your project whether it be immediately or at a later time. Because we strive to accommodate all of our clients and have a very busy schedule, after the 30 day period your project will be worked in among other projects should you decided to continue. 

DBI Graphics and Consulting does not operate outside of business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be worked on the following business day unless done at the owner's discretion. ALL COMMUNICATION IS MADE WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS UNLESS DONE AT THE OWNER'S DISCRETION.


If you are concerned about timing, please contact us immediately prior to purchasing a service in order to make sure your order is accommodated in the timely manner that you are requesting.  We do our best to accommodate our clients needs at all times!  Barring any unforeseen extraordinary circumstance(s), all orders will be produced within the estimated design and turnaround times provided.
